I asked for my money back, but was told that the room fare (it was for two nights) was ‘non refundable’. He kicked me out, on the street, at 6 pm, truly not caring. I suggested a solution, but he was not interested in listening nor in understanding what the problem was (or solving it). Again, I had a reservation and I had already paid for the room. First, he was very hard to reach (30 min trying to find him by phone/not responding, perhaps hiding) then another 10 min of him yelling at me on the phone that he doesn’t have my reservation (not sure how he could check since he was not in the office), more yelling at me on the phone, and basically kicking me out. The manager was not kind and not willing to find a solution. I had to call orbitz several times (because the front desk AND the manager would not do anything), Orbitz resent the confirmation, but the manager would still NOT give me a room. I had a reservation, I had already paid for the room (showed proof of both), but they couldn’t ‘find’ my reservation. For fitness fans, warm up and work out in.AVOID this property.
